We do not accept returns or exchanges as no physical product is being sold or shipped. LAPP will provide a service as requested, paid for, and scheduled by the registrant for a specific point in time. The registration for a particular service invalidates the need and / or request for a return. Questions regarding this policy may be directed to:

2. Refunds and Rescheduling Permitted

We permit refunds and rescheduling of service dates, where an identified and approved need exists. In circumstances requiring a request for a refund or to reschedule, you should promptly contact us at (740) 366-7303 with details of your request. Additional fees may apply in this instance. Please see section 3 for exceptions

Upon receipt of the request for refund or reschedule, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether the request has been approved. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund. Please see section 3 for exceptions.
