EAP, DOT/SAP & Drug Free Workplace Training
To provide integrated treatment and recovery services for individuals and families experiencing behavioral health issues including alcohol and drug-related problems
EAP, DOT/SAP, and Drug Free Workplace Training are essential programs designed to promote a safe and healthy work environment. Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) offer support and resources to help employees navigate personal and professional challenges, fostering overall well-being.
LAPP offers Central Ohio employers EAP services with a Licensed Independent Social Worker or with the appropriate chemical dependency counselor. LAPP will visit employers onsite to offer service and educational programming as well as provide confidential services at LAPP facilities.
Services include:
- Assessment and referral services
- Individual, family, and marital counseling
- Stress Management
LAPP also offers the following Department of Transportation and Substance Abuse Professional services:
- Assessment and evaluation
- Facilitate treatment and/or educational programming
- Follow-up evaluation
- Return to work recommendations
LAPP provides drug-free workplace training which can help meet state contract requirements as well as help to decrease the cost of Bureau of Worker’s Compensation premiums.
